Facing the chain of the Pyrenees, this piece of land once planted with Eucalyptus, gives us today its memories: the Tannat exhales original aromas of Eucalyptus with power and pleasure.

My know how:

 

While remembering my beginnings in an Australian winery, my passion for the profession guided me to find the gestures of yesteryear: integral vinification in oak pieces, maceration, pigeage ...

Eucalyptus hatching:

 

After aging for more than two years in 400 liter oak pieces, this pure Tannat expresses all its authenticity in symbiosis with the essence of our terroir and our expertise as winegrowers.

A deep color: a “black” wine.

​

An intense and generous nose, notes of eucalyptus, jammy black fruit with a well integrated and melted oak.

​

In the mouth, a very beautiful material confirms the maturity of the fruit and the quality of the aging.

​

Ample, structured, suave and long wine with coated and silky tannins. It’s a wine with great aging potential!
