Facing the Pyrenees chain, this corner of land once planted with Eucalyptus, today shares its memories with us: the Tannat exhales the original aromas of Eucalyptus with power and voluptuousness.
My knowledge :
While keeping in mind my beginnings in an Australian cellar, the passion for the profession guided me to rediscover the gestures of yesteryear: integral vinification in oak barrels, maceration, punching down...
Eucalyptus hatching :
After maturing for more than two years in 400-litre oak rooms, this pure Tannat expresses all its authenticity in symbiosis with the essence of our terroir and our winegrowers' know-how.
