2023, the white plots of vines "came out on top". A well-balanced vintage”

Pacherenc du Vic Bill Sweet

A real nectar full of freshness

A discreet, fine nose with aromas of peach and pineapple.

A generous, well-balanced palate with aromas of very ripe fruit and hazelnut.

10°C-12°C / Accompanies foie gras, certain cheeses such  as Roquefort, ewe's milk...It also works wonders as an apéritif.

A wine to drink now to take advantage of its fine sugar/acidity balance.

Harvest ...

It is a wine made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon

They are done at the end of September to favor fruit and freshness.

The pressing...

As soon as they are harvested, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, then put in the pneumatic press.

The pressing is soft and long to avoid any oxidation and to preserve the aromas.

The settling...

The must is decanted by the cold in order to preserve a maximum of fruity aromas
